Listings
Now you can Sponsor your listings on
PropertyBBS. When you Sponsor a listing on PropertyBBS,
your listing will be shown at the top of the search
results whenever it meets the search criteria. Your
listing will also have an ad on the Google Ad Network
for this specific listing. These ads link directly
to the property details page for your listing. When
you Sponsor a listing on PropertyBBS you only pay when
visitors click on your Sponsored Listing to view the
property details, not for the number
of times it is displayed in the search results.

Getting Started
- Call us at 407-330-7811 to add funds to your "Cash Account".
There is a minimum of $25 to be placed in the account. For your convenience,
we accept
Master Card, Visa and American Express
- Once you have funds in your account, you can log into the site to Sponsor
your listing(s)
- To Sponsor a listing, simple update the listing and change the CPC (Cost
Per Click) amount at the bottom of the form to the amount you want to bid
How it works
- For all searches, the first three listings on each results page is reserved
for Sponsored Listings
- When your Sponsored Listing meets the search criteria, your listing will
be displayed within the Sponsored Listings at the top of the results page
as well as its standard location in the results
- There will be up to three Sponsored Listings at the top of each search
results page. If there are more than three Sponsored Listing that meet the
specific search criteria, the first three Sponsored Listings will be at the
top of the first results page, the next three at the top of the second results
page, etc..
- If you have a Sponsored Listing for an office
building for sale in Orlando, your listing will be displayed as a Sponsored listing
in the search results whenever a search is done for all default settings, a
search for all office buildings in Florida or a very narrow search for office
buildings that meet the specific criteria such as city, county, square footage
and price
ranges
- You are not charged the CPC amount when your listing is display, only
when your Sponsored listing is clicked
- You are not charged the CPC amount if a user clicks on this listing from
the standard search results
- Sponsored Listings are listed in order based on the amount of CPC bid and
date listed. If all Sponsored Listings have the same CPC bid amount, they
will
be displayed
by date listed
- You can choose to enter a higher CPC to move your listing up
in the results. The
listing with the highest CPC
will be listed first in the search results
- You set the amount you pay when a user clicks on your Sponsored Listing
- There is a minimum CPC of $0.25, but you can raise this rate at
any time by logging into your account and editing the listing to reflect
the higher CPC
- When a visitor clicks on your Sponsored Listing, the IP address of the
computer they are on is recorded. Any further clicks on this listing from
this IP address, within a specific period of time, will not be charged the
CPC fee. This is done
to help prevent click fraud and to insure that your Sponsored Listing
gets in
front of the prospects you want it to
- When you Sponsor your listing, the ad for the Google Ad Network is automatically
generated
- This ad will remain live until you either reduce the CPC for your listing
or your cash account runs below the CPC amount
