PropertyBBS.com’s Resource Directory is offered to companies that have a service to offer Buyers & Sellers of Commercial Real Estate. PropertyBBS.com’s Resource Directory has 16 categories per region & 8 regions in the State of Florida. Categories are directly related to Commercial Real Estate Transactions and will only ever have two companies listed per region. For example, in Central Florida, there are only two appraisal companies, two survey companies, two environmental companies, etc. listed for this region. When an Investor initiates a search for a commercial property within the region, company contact information is displayed along with the property details derived from the search. Please click here for an example. In many cases these property details derived from a search are printed and in the hands of a potential client for days or even weeks for future reference.

The cost per listing is $25/month per region, billed quarterly. Once a category has two listings per region, there will be no further spaces available to display your company.
